Purchases made directly from the Miranda or Eureka Dep-King™ shop or on Dep-King.com, qualify for a 13 calendar day Satisfaction Guarantee. You have 13 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging accompanied with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form method of payment). You will typically receive the credit within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us or if there is a problem, please contact us. For all other purchases, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.

Standard shipping will be applied to shippable items. Due to the sizing and weight of many of our products you may pick them up at a certified Dep-King® retail location or schedule delivery with option for installation from one of our certified Dep-King® installers. We have reliable drivers available to deliver long distances. Call us for pricing.

place an order?
Many products can be ordered on our website or purchased at the Dep-King store in Miranda, CA. Our Strong Arm™ Tarp Puller is also available at Dazey's Supply in Redway, CA. We try to keep our EZ-Dep™ Greenhouse Kits in stock, but they move fast, so please allow for 7-10 business days. New Eureka display location coming soon!
